Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital services, the following refund policy applies.

Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before we have started working on your order, you may be eligible for a full refund.

After Work Has Started

Once research, planning, consultation, design, development, filing, or any project-related work has begun, the order becomes non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• LLC Formation
• EIN Applications
• Shopify Store Development
• WordPress Development
• Branding
• Digital Marketing
• Business Consulting
• Custom Design Work
• Digital Products
• Business Packages

Government & Third-Party Fees

Government filing fees, Registered Agent fees, domain registrations, hosting, software subscriptions, payment gateway charges, or any third-party costs are non-refundable once paid.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Project Cancellation

If the client decides to stop the project after work has started, no refund will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
